I’ve packaged this service in a way that once we create your strategy and collect the needed pieces, I can get you up and running in a weekend! This ensures that your CRM tool is fully built out without missing any key pieces, in a quick turnaround time that you can start utilizing as soon as possible.

To make the proper client process recommendations and revisions, we’ll have a 90 minute strategy session together via Zoom. I’ll get to know more about your offerings and how you currently intake leads, book, onboard, deliver your services to and offboard your clients. You will receive expert feedback, and suggestions on how to maximize efficiency and add personal touch points with your clients in a way that is translatable to your preferred CRM tool (Honeybook or Dubsado).
Next, I’ll develop your customized implementation plan! This plan will serve as the blueprint checklist that directly aligns with your ideal client process that we put together in Stage 1. This plan tells us exactly what is needed to put our plan in motion! It ensures that all of the elements that are needed are accurately listed out for an efficient and quick set-up.
In preparation for the set-up for your upcoming Werkflow Weekend, you complete three workbooks to add or edit the necessary elements that are listed out in the Implementation Plan created in Stage 2. You will be asked to provide digital collateral (branding, emails + forms copy, pricing, payment plan information, etc) that will be used for your set-up.
Now this is the best part! I get to work my magic during your Werkflow Weekend! During your Werkflow Weekend, I do all of the heavy lifting of implementing your custom strategy, digital collateral and essential elements into your CRM tool. I spend two days setting up your entire system, creating automated workflows and curating a custom learning hub for you and your future team.
To wrap up our experience, you will receive an entire learning hub customized to your unique business. Now you can use the provided resources and additional support to learn how to utilize and maintain your new system. You have lifetime access to this hub, so when it is time to expand your team, you can use the resource for their onboarding. In addition, you’ll also receive 30 days of troubleshooting support to ensure you feel supported and comfortable using your new client management tool!
To work together in this full process, the investment ranges from $2,500-5,000 determined by your preferred CRM tool (Honeybook or Dubsado) — with payment plans available.

Which CRM tool is best for me? Dubsado or Honeybook?
Great question! This depends on what you need out of your CRM system now and what your business goals are. This is something I can help you decide during our clarity call!
How much time in total do I need to commit to this entire process?
You should reserve at least 30 minutes to prepare for our two sessions together and 90 minutes to complete each questionnaire thoroughly. So in total, I’d prepare to spend 2.5 hours offline and 2.5 hours live with me. The rest of the time is dependent on how quick you learn and can get through your learning hub. All in all, committing these 6-7 hours now will ultimately save you 6-7 hours a week going forward - totally worth it!
Will I receive support and guidance after the Werkflow Weekend is over?
Absolutely! Our 30-day troubleshooting period is for you to ask for guidance for any updates and tweaks. I will not make these updates myself but will record videos to show you how to do it. My goal is to be the best teacher I can be so that after our period is over, you feel confident and capable of updating these changes on your own (or having a team member make the changes).
Do I have to provide the copy for all of the emails and forms?
Yes, you are responsible for providing the final copy. However, I will set you up in basic skeletons and templates to get started with. You will be asked to make final edits and revisions before your Werkflow Weekend. Keep in mind that your copy can always be updated after your system is set up.
